10 features and advantages of our services:

1. Highest level of translation is assured by work of professionals with in-depth knowledge and ample experience and further proofreading by an editor and native speaker. Because we are a multidisciplinary company all our translations are additionally checked by professionals in a given field. When we translate legal documents, they are being reviewed by a practicing lawyer, investment documentation – by our investment counselor, etc. The cost of proofreading and professional double-checking is included into the price.

2. Our translation standard is 2.000 characters with spaces and punctuation marks while almost all translation agencies accept 1.800 characters.

3. Big orders – 30 and more pages get 5% off. All our regular clients enjoy flexible discounts and financial benefits.

4. A translation is normally sent by e-mail in MS Word, pdf or any other format upon customer’s choice.

5. Payments for all services are effected by bank transfer with all necessary documentation being provided (contract, invoice and Statement on rendered services). A customer gets full version of translation only upon making advance payment for rendered services.

6. All submitted information and documents are treated as strictly confidential and are not disclosed to any third party.

7. A customer, who orders interpreting services for the whole day, provides interpreters with lunch; customers outside Kyiv also provide accommodation and transportation.

8. For a special fee, we can arrange an apostille certification and legalization with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

9. For a special fee, a night and weekend translation and interpreting is also possible.

10. Our translation standard is 10 – 12 pages per day depending on complexity of text. All further translations are charged at higher rate.
